All the products are checked before dispatch and we are committed to ensure that the best condition item is delivered to you. However the product may be damaged in the delivery process.
Please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of your purchases should you received any damaged or incorrect item ONLY. We will arrange an exchanges for you.
There are no exchanges due to colour or sizes matter. Kindly make orders only after know well of your own measurement.
How to Exchange :
You are required to pack the product and do the following steps:
- Email or Contact Us with the subject stated "Exchange".
- Provide us with your Order Number and product code you would like to exchange and write down the reason for your return.
- We will verified your request within 48 hours and reply you for the arrangement of refund or exchange.
- If exchange is required, you have to return the product by Post or Walk In. Postage at your own cost.
- Once receive the returned product, we will verify again and process for exchange accordingly. Subject to our terms and conditions.
